We hope this message finds you and your families in good health and spirits.
Over the years, in ArtFlock’s commitment to offering the best art education to our students, we have always strived to keep the fees at a minimum and absorbed various incremental costs. However, as you might be aware, the country is currently experiencing inflation which has affected costs across various sectors. These inflationary pressures are impacting us as well.
Given this, after much consideration and in order to elevate the quality, standards, and educational experience of our art course, we find it necessary to make a revision to our fee structure. ArtFlock’s course fees will be increased as follows:
This increase will take effect starting 01 January 2024. Please note that if your child’s new term commences prior to this date, it will be honored at the previous fee.
We understand that any fee adjustment has its impact, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Our priority remains on the all-encompassing progress and well-being of our students. Rest assured, we remain dedicated to offering the high-quality art education that your children deserve.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always here to assist you. We deeply appreciate the unwavering support and trust of all parents in ArtFlock. Thank you for being an integral part of our community.
Sincerely, The Management of ArtFlock

Teachers/Teaching Artists
Credibility: Our art instructors are meticulously chosen to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and are fit for the role. Beyond their initial qualifications, our teachers undergo specialised training to ensure they embody ArtFlock’s teaching philosophy and standards.
Change of teachers:Teachers are consistently appointed to the same class each academic year. We recognise the deep bonds that students and parents often form with their art instructors. While continuity is important, occasional changes in teaching staff can be essential and unavoidable. As in all professional settings, there are times when our educators will take time off, fall sick, and choose to take new paths in their careers. Rest assured, every instructor is thoroughly vetted and trained to uphold our high standards of instruction. Additionally, interacting with diverse teaching talents offers valuable learning experiences.
Connecting with teachers: Parents are welcome to connect with our art teachers briefly after class to gain insights into classroom activities and their child's progression. However, please be mindful that each conversation is limited to around 5 minutes, as our teachers often have subsequent classes to prepare for.
Teachers on leave: Our instructors are also committing their weekends to their roles. We hope you will show understanding when they take time off. ArtFlock will only postpone classes if a substitute teacher is not available.
Personal contact: For professional boundaries, our teachers are prohibited from sharing their personal contact information with clients. Kindly use our school's communication channels for all correspondence.

Images of students and their parents/guardians could be taken during class sessions or events. We reserve the right to feature such photos or videos across our publications, website, social media outlets, and other communication platforms. Should you prefer not to have your or your child's media utilized in this way, please inform us.
