FAQs

1. What is the student - teacher ratio?

There will be 1 instructor to 5 students.

2. How long is each class?

The classes are either 1hour 30 min or 3 hours, depending on the workshop that you sign up.

3. Can I leave my child in the studio if he/she has back-to-back classes with a 15 minutes interval?

Yes you may! They can also bring snacks to munch during the 15 minutes break!

4. What if my child is sick on the day of the lesson?

Please refrain from bringing your child to class if they are unwell, as it will affect their performance during class. This is also to ensure the well being of our instructors and other students.

5. Are there make-up classes if my child is unable to attend the class?

Make-up classes will be subjected to availability.

6. Can the artwork be brought home immediately?

We highly recommend bringing it home when it is completely dry. However, if you would like to bring it home on the day, please allow at least 1 hour after artwork completion. It will be at your own risk, if you decide to bring your artwork home immediately.

7. Can I accompany my child at the studio?

To ensure adherence to safe distancing measures in our studio, we only allow entry to registered students.

8. What are the safety measurements at the studio?
Following will be the safety measures that we will be practising in the studio:

When your child arrives for their class,

Ensure that they have their mask on.
Parents or guardians will need to check their child in to our Safe Entry. The Safe Entry QR Code will be pasted outside the entrance door. Students who are independent can check in for themselves.
Our staff will be at the entrance to take their temperature. If their temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius and above or shows symptoms like runny nose or coughing, they will have to postpone their class and be sent home. It is best if parents can check their temperature before leaving your home.
Our staff will be receiving the students after temperature check to control the crowd and ensure a limited number of people in the studio. Only students will be allowed in the studio. Parents will need to drop off and fetch their kids at the entrance door instead.
If parents are not able to come on time to drop off or fetch their child, please inform us beforehand to assist us in facilitating the movement.
Students will need to sanitise their hands before coming in. We will provide the hand sanitisers.

At the studio:

We will ensure to practice safe distancing measures and have one chair in between the students.
We will disinfect all our furniture and equipment after every class.
We will facilitate students’ movements when washing hands after class to avoid overcrowding.
During this period, we will not be providing the shared aprons, so students are encouraged to bring their own apron or extra shirt.
Eating will not be allowed in the studio so please ensure that your child has had their snacks before class.

9. How do I know if my child has completed his/her holiday workshop?
