FAQs
1. What is the student - teacher ratio?
There will be 1 instructor to 6 students.
2. How long is each class?
The duration ranges from 1.5 hours to 3 hours, depending on the workshop that you sign up for.
3. Is my child given a break during the class?
Yes, they are given a 5-10 minutes break for classes with more than 1.5 hours duration. They can also bring snacks to munch during their break!
4. What if my child is sick on the day of the lesson?
Please refrain from bringing your child to class if they are unwell, as it will affect their performance during class. This is also to ensure the well being of our instructors and other students. In this case, we allow a one-time rescheduling, subject to availability of the slots
5. Are there make-up classes if my child is unable to attend the class?
Make-up classes are allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be subjected to availability.
6. Can the artwork be brought home immediately?
We highly recommend bringing it home when it is completely dry. However, if you would like to bring it home on the day, please allow at least 30 minutes after artwork completion. It will be at your own risk, if you decide to bring your artwork home immediately.
7. Can I accompany my child at the studio?
Our classes are strictly drop-off. Our Instructor will give you a call once your child has completed the workshop
